19. I submitted a site and now it is gone, what happened?

1. Why was my ad not approved?
There are several reasons that an ad may not be approved. The content of the ad or website violates our terms and conditions. The Ad was not functioning for example the link was not functioning or it had http://http://. Banner link may go to an image rather than a website. The banner may be the wrong size. We except banners of 468x60 only which is the standard size. No redirected links or rotators, only direct links are allowed. We recommend that you ad credits after the ad is approved.

2. Why don't you allow rotators or redirects?
While both of these have value to a marketer, traffic exchanges can not allow them in their system. The reason is that we have to approve all the ads and while we don't know every program some are obvious scams. Some have racial, hate or adult content which is not allowed. One trick that scammers use to do was simply submit a rotator or redirect link then after it was approved they would change it. So thanks to people like that traffic exchanges started disallowing them.

3. Do I lose my credits from the session if I have computer problems in the middle of a session?
No, the session is only there for your benefit as a sort of counter to help you keep track of what you are doing. Credits are added to your account the second they are earned.

4. I just noticed one of my sites now has a X next to it (site status).
Why is it now X?
It means your site was flagged by a member. Sometimes the members browser cause problems for surfers who assume it is the website and flag it. When the site is flag we get a notice and we check to see if there are any real problems. If not we re-approve it. If we find problems we delete it. There is no reason for you to be concerned and no need to create a ticket unless the site is not allowed. Sometimes website start having problem after they are approved. Owners add frame breaking or excessive pop ups or sometime they are hacked and viruses are attached and sometimes they have ilegal content that was missed by the admin who approved it because it is not easily seen. The site does go though a much more detailed search if it is flagged though so a site maybe removed even though it was once approved. If it is a problem such as a virus the site can be re-added by submitting a support ticket with proof that the problem is resolved.

5. Why do I not see any credits from my downline surfing in my back office?
We did not want to chain our members to their computers by forcing the to surf daily that is why we have a total monthly qualification. On the same day that commissions are calculated the credits are calculated too. So if you are qualified you will see the credits for your surfing downline in your back office.

6. Do my referrals have to surf the 5 hours a month for me to earn credits from their surfing?
Your people do not have to be qualified for you to earn from their surfing only you do. You will earn based on however many sites they have viewed as long as you are qualified.

7. Why was my ad for 20 Minute SEO deleted?
Only 20 Minute SEO Members will see your banner, so it is a waste of ad credits to advertise 20 Minute SEO on the site. This is why we delete them.

8. Why was my ad deleted?
We delete all ads we consider inappropriate.
Advertisers are prohibited from posting any ads containing sexually explicit images or content, as well as any sites that promote hate, racial, religious or sexual discrimination.

9. Why does my Surf page say Banned for 24 hours?
It seems you triggered the bot detection system. There is only 1 correct answer to move forward and no way to get it wrong as there is nothing to match and the correct answer has a red square around it so getting it wrong is considered a bot indicator. If you get too many bot indicators in a given time the system will lock down your account for 24 hours. This is not a traffic exchange it is an SEO exchange which means the people must be real people that is the only way real traffic can be guaranteed and for us to do that our system must be iron clad unlike traffic exchanges where if you just play around and get the wrong answers it usually does not cause any more than you do not get credit.

If you do not know what you did to trigger it you can let us know what you were doing right before it happened and we can help you understand what you did so you don't do it again. So far everyone who has been banned figured out what they had done because they cause it very quickly such as trying to match 2 images repeatedly when none of them match. Or having more than one SEO Window open at the same time and trying to surf both for example which means 1 would always be wrong because only one can be right.

This is also good for you because that means you know your ads are being viewed by real people and not wasted on fake bot views.

This ban only prevents you from surfing for 24 hours it does not effect anything else. So you have nothing to worry about. You can surf again in 24 hours.

10. Is there any benefit to me for referring anyone to 20 Minute SEO
Yes you earn a percentage of the traffic that your referrals earn. You also earn charity from your personals. If someone you refer makes a donation on our behalf we credit you with a percentage of that donation. That can be used on our site to make purchases for things like advertising, websites, store listings etc.

11. Do I have to do anything special to earn a percentage of my downline's surf credits?
Yes, to earn from your downline's surfing you must surf yourself. To be qualified you must surf a total of 5 hours a month or 1 session a day which takes approximately 10 minutes.

12. Who writes the News Articles on 20 Minute SEO
The news articles are written by writers across the world. Our platform gives them the opportunity to show their skills to the world as well as to the creators of the New Wiki Web, who are looking for writers for the up coming platform.

13. Why are some of the News Articles not signed by a author?
Over 90% of our News is created by people from across the world who are part of the WikiWeb project. At this point some are donating their work to that cause which is why they don't include their name, because it is a true donation to the cause. Others are writing for them as a sort of interview processes in hopes of being picked up as a News writer or educator on the new platform. All the platforms like ours pick up our News from them to add to our sites. Only the Wikiweb we get them from, knows who actually wrote them.

14. What is the Wikiweb Tank for?
The WikiWeb Tank is a place where we place things that we want to see in the new Wikiweb. From there they can pick through what we have selected or get an idea of the types of things we want to see in the new platform. It also allows our own members to take part in building of the new Wikiweb. Our Team or our members may see something there but know of another site that does the same thing better. Or they may decide to make a better one themselves in which case theirs could replace the current one in the tank. It is also a holding tank for things different people, from our team, working on the project need to see, in the same way an Aquarium holds, fish, snails, shrimp, decoration, sand, filters etc. Nothing in it has the same function or reason for being there. If its in there it is to look at. Each site working on the Wikiweb has their own Tank.

15. How can I suggest something for the Wikiweb Tank
You must submit it through the Members support desk. We do not except suggestions from the public support desk. Support will only respond to tickets regarding the tank if we have questions.

16. Is 20 Minute SEO Considered Black Hat?
No. Technically by purest definition of what SEO is, a case can be made that we are the only SEO Site that does not use Black Hat. Proof of this is the fact that every time Google changes their algorithm a very high number of high ranking websites fall in their search engine. Logic concludes that someone is cheating. And in both cases it includes multi million and even billion dollar companies. So is it Google or the SEO companies that got them to the higher positions, that was doing the cheating?

The traffic engine that our site uses, was created over 10 years ago & has been used by several sites as well as 1000s of SEO experts and companies in that time. In all that time there has not been 1 case of anyone ever reporting that it failed in an Algorithm upgrade by Google. That is because our system does not use any black hat.

Our system works the same as the top websites in the world, to get your site to the top of Google.

The creator of our engine is the one who actually coined the term SEO Traffic. It was used to help non experts understand the importance of traffic for your ranking in search engines and distinguish it from fake traffic generated by bots for example.

Using Social Media produces SEO Traffic, so does paying for advertising on them as well as on Google. There are some big differences though. Social Media, YouTube, Google etc were not created to promote your business they were designed to sell advertising. 17. Is 20 Minute SEO a Traffic Exchange?
No, there is one part of our site that makes some people think that but we can assure you it only looks that way.

Traffic exchange will hurt your website ranking. Ours does not and that alone is proof we are not a traffic exchange and do not work like them. Just because somethings may appear the same it does not mean they are. Just like you can't drive a car cake. That fact alone makes this a stupid question yet it is one we get more than any other.

SEO is a $65 Billion dollar a year Industry, that is a whole lot of reasons to keep people away from sites like this. The people that sell these services are very good at convincing people that they need their services or it would not be a $65 Billion dollar indsurty would it?
They have more scare tactics than Insurance salespeople. But as the old saying goes why would they buy the cow if they can get the milk for free? Well we do just that. Because people can get our product for free. When they make enough money from it they can buy it rather than earn it.

If you really wanted to prove without a shadow of a doubt who is telling the truth & who is not. I am going to tell you how. We maybe the only site in the world that will teach you how you can prove if our product does what it claims or not. But that is how confidant we are. Also, if someone comes up with a new lie, let us know and we will help you debunk that too.

For this you will need to purchase 2 more domains. You can get them cheap. They don't need to be good ones. Then find an online content spinner. Those are free.

Take all the pictures on your site and save each on 2 more times on your computer with different names then the currently have.

Mirror your site on the 2 other domain names. That means copy the same exact code to each domain. Then take the written words from your site and spin them and replace them. That will produce the same content as the original site just using different words so that Google's AI does not see the other sites as copies of each other. Then ad the newly named pictures. You will now have 3 sites that are basically the same thing. They just have different domain names. Advertise one on social media, one on traffic exchanges & one with us. What you will find in 6 weeks time is ours has the highest ranking, even higher than the original and that the one from the traffic exchanges will have the lowest. This is because as any expert will tell you Traffic Exchanges will hurt your ranking in Alexa & Google automatically. You can do whatever you want to the 3rd site pay-per-click, SEO etc it won't beat our site. This is based on 10 years of experience, design & testing.

Click the back button on your browser. It will then stay on that page until you change it. It looks like an arrow pointing away from your computer in the top left of your screen, just below the tabs.

19. I submitted a site and now it is gone, what happened?
The short answer is the site was not approved. We do not allow rotators or cloaking links.The site must match the URL given. All sites must be submitted in http:// format. Sites with https:// will be deleted. Always double check to insure there is no https in your link, if their is simply remove the "s" before submitting your link. Support can not fix errors in your links.
